Life on Mars has been a topic scientists have been researching for many years now. For Little Writers Thursday we thought it would be fun to turn our exercise into a science lesson. For your kids that love all things space, we have provided a few articles that are all about Mars and will introduce you to a few science websites for kids such as Nasa, ESA, and Nat Geo for Kids.

Now that you brushed up on your Mars facts, check out our exercise for your little writers.
Have your children write a story or draw a picture (or both) about life on Mars. Let them make up their own stories and then ask them questions about it. Example: what do you think is on Mars? What would you put on Mars?
